    SENIORS (OVER 14)

    Mondays 7:15pm - 9:00pm

    Training session for building technique, practicing throws, combinations and counters, groundwork and kata.

    Tuesdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm

    Randori (free sparring) session applying throws and techniques, along with groundwork randori, using hold-downs, chokes and armbars.

     

    JUNIORS (UNDER 14)

    Tuesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm

    Training session for learning throws and techniques and how to apply them with confidence, as well as groundwork and randori practice. Fun group judo games utilising the skills they learnt are incorporated!
